We paid $1500 for three nights over New Year’s Eve and got very poor value. The food was awful and the menu was almost the same every day. The rooms were just okay, nothing special, and the wellness center with its pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room was complete garbage. The hotel was sold out, yet one of the elevators wasn’t working and nobody seemed willing to fix it. There were only five or six parking spaces, so we had to pay extra for parking. For that price, there wasn’t even a gym. People found cockroaches in their food one night. I guess that’s considered normal in Romania. Pay $1500 and get nothing. I strongly recommend reading reviews before booking this piece of crap.

My husband found a cockroach in his food. It was disgusting and made us question the hygiene and basic food safety. The staff’s response made the experience worse: they showed no real concern, communicated poorly, acted unprofessionally, and didn’t take responsibility, apologize, or offer a proper solution. We left deeply disappointed. The negligence and disrespect were shocking, and we’ll never return or recommend the place.

The room was spacious and very nice, with slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, and tea. The pool was really warm, with a massaging waterfall, plus there’s a jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room. Breakfast was amazing. At reception there were small refreshments, and the guy there spoke Hebrew :) It’s close to the center and has a small parking area. Two drawbacks: the shower is in the bathtub with no curtain or door, and I had to pay an additional 12 lei tax at the hotel.

We paid 1400 euros for three nights over New Year’s Eve, and the service was terrible. There are two elevators, but one wasn’t working at all. The pool is very small, and the food was a joke, even for New Year’s Eve. Incredible. Very bad service.

A great hotel with great rooms, in a very good spot right in the center of Sinaia. Nice if you want to unwind by the pool.
