The apartment has a bedroom, a living room, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen stocked with everything needed to make breakfast or dinner. Cooking there makes sense, since the guesthouse is far from the restaurants and getting to Sinaia for a meal is difficult without a car. The location in Cumpatu is decent, and for the Sinaia area the value is just about okay, though 100€ a night feels a bit steep for what you get. I'd avoid the first-floor room with the rear entrance if stairs are a problem or you're carrying luggage: there are two flights, and the last one is steep with lots of steps. Trains pass right in front late at night and early in the morning, which can wake light sleepers. Parking fits only about 4-5 cars. If several families stay in two apartments and each brings a car, someone will have to park on the sidewalk or block everyone else.

The view from right beside the mountains was wonderful, and there's an outdoor grill too. Inside, the apartment was spacious and clean, with two spotless bathrooms and a handy kitchen stocked with the dishes and utensils we needed. Four adults and two children could stay comfortably. The owner was very kind. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. Really lovely!

The only nuisance was hearing the trains, since the place is fairly close to the railway. Apart from that, I’ve nothing to complain about. Super host, clean and spacious.
