I had a terrible stay. We’d paid for dinner and breakfast, but neither meal was served. When we asked about it, the staff were hostile and unprofessional, and were extremely rude, even insulting us. They also cursed at me in Turkish. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or a relaxing stay.

I love eating at this restaurant, even though you can wait as long as an hour. The Turkish food is excellent, and it’s my favorite restaurant in Sinaia. The staff are kind and very polite, and I recommend it. The rooms, though, are only two or three stars at best.

The hotel has a lot to improve, including defective bathroom plumbing, no towels or dryers in the hotel restroom, and poor hygiene. The Turkish food is decent, but the staff shortage means longer waits.

We had a mixed salad, lamb barbecue, and kunaffa, all very good, with plenty of choices. Mihaela was kind and really helpful, and the staff were great. It’s a family business that makes you feel welcome. My favorite place in Sinaia so far, and I totally recommend it!
