A total SCAM. Stay away from these properties. I was traveling with my three kids and rented an apartment in Barcelona for just 5-6 hours before my next flight. It was terribly dirty, and the smell made it impossible for us to stay there. I attached photos. We left right away and booked a hotel apartment instead. I asked for a refund, but they refused to process it. Communication was very difficult.

The apartment is spacious and clean, with a terrace overlooking the mountains and the cable car. If you like squirrels, you may spot them running through the trees around the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, handy if you want to make breakfast or something else. The accommodation staff respond quickly and kindly to requests. It’s very well located for local attractions: Peles, Sinaia Monastery, and Sinaia Park are a few minutes’ walk away, and the shops on the main boulevard, including Mega I and Market, are close too. Entry is by access code, so you don’t meet the hosts in person. Pay attention when using Google Maps, as it shows the wrong location, to the left of Arca lui Noe hotel. The correct spot is to the right of that hotel, so follow the host’s directions.

The apartments have everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the balcony has an incredibly beautiful mountain view with the cable car. The location is great, close to Peles Castle and the Monastery.
