The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel worked well for us, though it's uphill from the town centre and a bit of a walk, so it may not suit everyone. The city centre and gondola are still within walking or hiking distance if you don't mind the climb. We loved staying here and would happily come back.

The rooms were clean and the location was nice. Breakfast was bacon and eggs, which was fine, though having the same thing every day might become an issue on a longer stay. I'd recommend it for a weekend.

The stay at Regal hotel was disappointing. We arrived after the 3:00PM check-in time, but our room still wasn't ready until well past 5:30PM. Breakfast also felt poorly organized, with us assigned a fixed 9:45AM slot. A woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive, and we were accused of taking juice from the minibar even though we hadn't paid for it. The way that was handled felt unprofessional and took a lot away from the experience.

The rooms were spacious and there were lots of balconies with views. It was a lovely, peaceful stay, and we really enjoyed it.

The traditional English breakfast was amazing. Our rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
