Terrible support from start to finish. We couldn't get into the room, online check-in failed, and nobody answered calls or messages with anything useful. We just kept getting automated replies unrelated to what we'd written. A real response only came after I posted publicly. Update: After the hotel's reply to my review, I tried customer service several more times and still got no fix. They don't answer messages; on calls, they promise to call or message back but never do. The original experience was bad, and nobody has been willing or able to sort it out. Mistakes happen, but leaving them uncorrected is unacceptable for a business.

We were kept awake all night by teenagers smoking in the hallways and banging on doors and windows above our room. There was NO staff on site to help, and nobody answered the hotel's emergency number despite more than 20 calls. They refuse to refund us or accept any responsibility. Avoid this place!

The restaurant serves very good food, and everything else was excellent. Check-in is self-service, with an access code sent for the room. Parking is limited: just 5-6 spaces in front of the hotel, with the rest on the street.

The garden was a peaceful little retreat, with flowing water and tall conifers giving it a private feel. I also loved the restaurant's warm, modern decor and the fresh, well-presented food, with a good balance of choice and quality. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived at Hotel Smart. The staff paid attention to the details and did a lot to make me comfortable. My room was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully set up, with cozy lighting, quality linens and what I needed. It was quiet enough for a good night's rest after a long day. Wi-Fi was friendly, fast and reliable, and check-in and checkout were easy. I left feeling looked after and would definitely return, whether traveling for business or leisure.

A lovely scenic setting, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone on staff was so nice and supportive during my stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel in Sinaia! :)
