Complex Panoramic

The food has plenty of choice and was really good. Our room was clean and roomy, with a big, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom stocked with what we needed. The young staff were friendly too. A lovely place to stay in Slanic Moldova.

The hotel has a bright dining room and a nice outdoor area, but our July stay was rough. With temperatures around 30C and no air conditioning, we had to keep the balcony door open. A noisy extractor or heating duct outside kept us awake all night. Breakfast was disappointing too: the buffet looked tired, the eggs were rubbery and dried under the lamps, and there was hardly any cereal. The pool is at another hotel, so you have to go elsewhere to use it.

We stayed from 25.11.2022 to 28.11.2022, and I wouldn't recommend this complex in winter. The room was cold and poor quality, and the furniture looked dated. It seemed they were saving costs by not turning on the heating. For only a small difference in price, you can find better service.

The building has striking architecture and a great location, and the room was spacious, with a big bed and bathroom. But the service and breakfast fell far below what we expected. The breakfast was more like a one-star hotel's: undercooked, squashed croissants, no fresh or cooked vegetables, fruit, cereal, fasting options during the fasting period, or yogurt, and just one loaf of bread. After we complained at reception, nothing had changed the next day. An older woman then appeared to direct the young staff in front of guests, but the quality stayed just as poor. The staff seemed completely untrained, though I don't blame the kids themselves. On our last day we found a cockroach on the floor, presumably escaped from the kitchen. It made us question how much attention is paid to hygiene and pest control beyond what you can see. Such a shame for a place at this level. The Dobru hotel, which has the same owner, was perfect.
