The rooms were okay, and one had a balcony overlooking the town. It was quiet, though nothing especially stood out. Coffee in the room and a few more power outlets would be handy.

I wouldn't recommend it. I only wanted to try the restaurant, but it took half an hour for them to tell me that non hotel guests could only order the daily menu, which is disappointing in itself. The tables weren't cleaned before new guests arrived, even though the place wasn't busy.
The hotel is clean, though old fashioned, and might suit time travellers. I stayed in apartment 201, which had two bedrooms. One night cost 206 RON.
Really good.
Avoid this place. It feels stuck in the communist era.
