The staff were warm and kind, and breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed staying at this cozy hotel. Everything was great, and I had nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was included, and the food and service were good. The place was clean and quiet, with a properly warm shower. No complaints at all.

The kids can play in a large park playground across the street. We stayed one night as a family, and the big family rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included too. Just keep in mind the rooms are upstairs on the second floor and there’s no elevator. The owner was very nice and helpful, though the English was poor.

2/10
The front desk staff were rude and irritated, and showed no common sense. My mom was a refugee from Ukraine, but they weren't accommodating at all. I found the customer service awful and left feeling disgusted by this place.

The place looks nice, but the service was very poor and unprofessional. The restaurant food was average, and the service was slow. Prices on the menu didn't match what was in their computers.
