Hotel Spa Ice Resort

I spent three nights here on a work trip and won't be coming back. Once the weather turned sunny, I found out my room's air conditioning didn't work. On the first night they said they couldn't fix it that day and suggested opening a window, even though the room faced a busy road. It was still 27 degrees inside. The next day it was over 30, and the air conditioning still wasn't working. They showed me four other available rooms, but none had working air conditioning either. I spent all three days sweating in a hot room beside a noisy road. Breakfast was very mediocre too.

Pleasant service, plus a restaurant and a large spa and gym. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big balconies, and the hotel is good value for the price.

The receptionist was very friendly, and breakfast was simple but good. The rooms were okay, but the hotel sits beside a big road. The spa wasn't what I expected: the staff there didn't speak English, and they wanted a tip for the locker even though I'd already put something in it and told them they could keep it. Service at the spa was poor. There were no signs showing where it was, and taking the elevator from the hotel brought me out in the kitchen. The sauna floor was broken and dirty. I wouldn't go back.

The only little issue for me was that the room was too warm. Otherwise, I was very happy with the hotel and found the price reasonable and justified. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great. The spa and pool were excellent too, with a clean pool and a hot jacuzzi. The gym was solid for a short workout and had what I expected for weekend training. I'd recommend it.
