There was no heating or hot water in the morning, and no toilet paper. The host didn't reply to my messages. After the stay, I noticed a skin reaction that I identified as bed bug bites.

I booked a room at 930pm but received no email with instructions for getting into the apartment. Our calls went unanswered too. Very disappointing.

Dumbrăvița is a quiet, clean area near the entrance to Timișoara, and the accommodation is fairly priced for its location. It's a two-minute walk from a small shopping center with stores and restaurants, five minutes by car from Iulius Mall and 15 minutes by car from the airport. There’s parking in front, and our apartment had everything we needed: a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and TV. The mosquito nets could work better, and cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Still, I'd recommend it for a longer stay.

We came as two families, each staying in an apartment, and really enjoyed it. The place is great for couples or families, with new, spacious, clean apartments that are beautifully decorated and have new appliances. It's excellent value for money. The owner is very nice and happy to help or offer advice. The apartments are on a quiet, lovely street of villas, an eight-minute drive from the city center. I’d be glad to find apartments like these in any city.

Only a small gripe, the Wi-Fi was bad.
