When we arrived late, the restaurant had already closed, so reception offered to order pizza for us. That was kind of them. The rooms are clean, large, and nice, and the bathroom was decent. The place is close to the Danube shore and a nice place to stay in Tulcea. We barely slept, though. Our room faced the back, near a busy street, bars, and terraces, and the river side has a nicer view. The walls are thin too, we could hear our neighbor snoring all night. If you stay here, try to get a river side room.

The restaurant downstairs serves good food at an affordable price, though you may need to be patient. The location is great, just 350m from the bus and boat stop, and check-out at noon is a real plus. I’ve stayed at plenty of €25/100 lei pensions, and this is the best one so far. The room was really nice, and the staff were very friendly.

There’s no breakfast option, but the restaurant downstairs serves good food. The room was clean and had air conditioning and a fridge. Parking is public, though we found a space easily. It’s right by the main waterfront, handy for getting to the Delta tours, and the prices are very reasonable.

The staff are kind and ready to help, and you’re only about 27 steps from the river bank. But the blankets and interior brought back memories of the late 70s, especially for cleanliness. Try asking for a room that doesn’t face away from the river... khmkhm 😑
