Hotel Golden Sea

The courtyard benches and shade from the trees were lovely on hot summer days. There's a minibar and a small kitchen in the yard, where you can make coffee and keep food in the fridge. Our room was nicely cleaned and arranged, and the staff were very nice and helped with the accommodation and anything else we needed during our stay.

A nice, laid-back place, but hot water wasn't always available, so you had to shower early if you wanted some. The walls are also so thin that you can hear everything the neighbors are doing.

The room felt rather small, and check-in wasn't until 4 pm. I also didn't find the white oil paint on the wooden walls very appealing. On the helpful side, we could leave our bags at reception before check-in and after check-out, which gave us more time at the beach. The staff were friendly, the WiFi signal was good, and the location was pretty good, about 100 m from "The Strip" and 300 m from the beach. The air conditioning worked, there was a small fridge, and the six-outlet extension cord was especially useful for plugging in our chargers.

We stayed in the upstairs suite and had a great time. The host was very friendly. The only issue was the sun made the room too hot, and the AC only cooled the area around the unit, not the whole room. Otherwise, no complaints.
