Hotel Bradul

The town is small, with very few sights to see. The rooms were only semi-clean, and though the heating was unbearable and couldn't be controlled, the beds were worse. The mattresses had a big hole running down the middle, top to bottom, so sleeping felt like standing on a toilet. We had to leave the balcony door open in - 7 degrees just to cope with the heat. The shower drain was clogged, and nobody came to fix it. Food had almost no variety or taste, and some dishes didn't even have salt or condiments. Dessert was the same three things for all 4 days: mini éclairs, mini croissants, and ultra-sweet cookies or cake. Drinks were limited to water and some wine, with coffee only in the morning. There was nobody at the restaurant between meals to talk to about à la carte, so we had to find food in town. 1/5

My parents stayed for a week to receive treatment at Hotel Bradul treatment facility. The hotel was clean, the treatment was done professionally, and the food was quite good and plentiful. Their only issue was the staff at the reception and entrance. They were rude and gave no information to tourists visiting for the first time.

The service was the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. I never saw the cleaning ladies and had to ask for our towels to be changed. They knew the shower cabin was leaking. With the fixed menu, the food is already waiting on your table, so you have to arrive at the start of the scheduled time. The way you're treated makes you feel like you should leave. I was told they haven't changed their policies since 1977. There are no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers in the rooms. There's no heat at night and no A.C. in the rooms. I'd think twice about staying here.

It was just a normal hotel, but I can recommend it. I visited in winter for the sport event, and the rooms were clean and everything was good. I did have trouble finding the swimming pool, and it was a little noisy because there was a party outside.
