The food was average but fine, and the staff were polite and helpful. The spa and pool were great after a day in the snow. It’s in an amazing spot near the slope. The rooms are average in size, the furniture is basic but functional, and cleanliness was okay. Have fun!
There are plenty of indoor activities, and the slopes are right outside. The views are great, and the rooms are quite nice and clean. The food could be better, which is why I’m holding back a star, but I can still recommend trying the traditional "mititei". Order 3-5 pieces 😉.
I found dirty cutlery and glasses in the restaurant, and the bathroom was the least clean I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The staff were rude. The rooms and bathroom seem not to have been renovated in ages, so I definitely wouldn’t call this a 3-star hotel. Sorry I didn’t take photos.
The prices are above average, but the conditions are acceptable, the food is good, and the staff are nice. There’s a new treatment and spa center as well as a swimming pool. It’s well situated near the forest and ski areas, and not far from the train station, bus station, or city center.
It wasn’t clean 😕. Feels more like a 2-star hotel.
