Being right in the resort center helps, but honestly, for what a night costs, the stay fell short of expectations. I wouldn't do it again.

The yard is great for families with kids. Inside, the place is very clean and has everything you need, and the owner is really friendly and kind.

The only real positives were the cleanliness and that some rooms were okay. Street-facing rooms are hard to rest in during the season because customers at the ground-floor shop make noise. I rented two rooms for two days at the end of August and won't be coming back. The prices are high in season and the services are nonexistent. The owner seems desperate to charge for everything. For PRESIDENT AQUA PARK tickets, he adds 15 lei per ticket. Other guesthouses often offer a 50% discount at 35 lei per ticket, while he charges 50 per ticket. There's no parking included, and he doesn't seem interested in suggesting alternatives to the paid parking in front. Other guesthouses on the same street offer free parking, half-price water park entry, and are much kinder.

The hosts are nice, and the kitchen has everything, even spices, if you're staying several days and want to cook. It's in a central area near the main sights, with a good-priced shop downstairs. They rent bikes in several sizes, Carrefour is 5 min away, and there are pharmacies nearby. The lake with water lilies and the Apollo swimming pool are close; Apollo costs 50 lei to enter and includes a sunbed. Base has all kinds of objects and textiles. Cleaning or fresh underwear is available if you ask, and they respect tourists' privacy. 🙂 A few things were minor and acceptable for me: the TV is small, and the room faces the street, so cars can be noisy late at night if you keep the window open instead of using the air conditioning. Parking is something to be careful about if you find a spot 🤣, they fine you right away if you don't send an SMS.
