Mignon Mamaia

It’s fine for a getaway, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. We had a parking space, which was a big plus. The Mignon team welcomed us warmly, and the place was clean. Thanks, and good luck! I liked the hotel’s wall paintings, inside and out, and the garden was clean and pleasant, though there’s plenty of room to improve it. Maybe add a lawn. The beach and shops nearby were the main draw. The coffee, pizza and sombrero just steps from the garden entrance were delicious, and I recommend them. We were in room 4, on the ground floor, first room on the left from the garden entrance. There was nowhere to dry our towels, and we could hear every person coming and going, which was disturbing late at night or early in the morning. The bathroom water drained very slowly.

It’s a great place to rest, even with all the parties going on around the beach all night. The room isn’t as small as some reviews make it sound, and the double bed is big enough. The pillows are too soft. There are enough wall sockets, 5×2 to be exact, so you can recharge yourself 😂. Water splashes everywhere in the shower, but it’s not a disaster, and it does have a shower. The garden is beautifully landscaped, there’s private parking, and the staff are a 10. And if you read the review about toilet paper like I did, don’t worry! 😂😂😂😂

We got a warm welcome with champagne, something other hotels don’t offer. It’s a small hotel, but comfortable and clean, with very good service. My family and I give it a ten. Hope they welcome us the same way next year.

Really great stay! The staff were so friendly, and there were enough towels for you. The place was clean and tidy, just two minutes from the beach, with hot water whenever you needed it and public transport stops nearby.
