Casa Bucovineana is just a minute away on foot and has good food. The guest house itself was lovely, with a clean, well-organized room that had everything we needed and then some. The thoughtful details exceeded what I expected for the price. A good place to stay in Vatra Dornei.

We’ve stayed here three times now, my husband, our four-year-old son and me, and we’ll be back. It’s comfortable, cosy and quiet, with very clean rooms, and works well for families, couples and children. The kitchen is really well equipped, even with a dishwasher, which you don’t find that often.

In winter, you’re close to the ski slope, and the city center is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a bathroom floor that gets wonderfully warm. There’s also a pleasant living room with a working kitchen, plus a courtyard to relax in and a covered pavilion. Very comfortable and pleasant, and good quality for the price.

The place is very clean and stylish inside, and the staff were really helpful. It’s on a very quiet road in Vatra Dornei, away from traffic. We’ll be back for sure. Beatrice
