The quiet setting has breathtaking lake views and wonderfully clean air, with good places to rest. But you can see the effect of time on the buildings, and the unfinished hotel has been left in ruins by sindicates, even though many investors were interested. Nearby, there's one of Europe's most beautiful ski slopes!

It's recently renovated and right in the middle of nature, but there's no famous river view, and an abandoned hotel is nearby. The road has never really been fixed, with sections missing. Such a shame in an area this lovely.

Basic rooms and facilities, and a strange spot miles from anywhere. The place sits in the middle of an abandoned, unfinished holiday resort from the Soviet era.
