The host made me feel welcome and was always happy to help. The rooms were lovely, spotless, and really comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around with everything close by. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. 🙏

Breakfast was always great, especially with that open space in the morning. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the room stayed clean and nice. The location was perfect, close to everything you might need. I thought the hotel was amazing.

I honestly wasn't expecting the hotel or rooms to be this good, judging by the building it's in, on the fourth floor, and the city itself. Everything looked good and was clean and comfortable. The shower is a little too erotic, you'll see why when you see it, but it's no big deal. Tatjana is the sweetest person you'll meet. Metropoliten Rooms is great.

Zorana contacted me on WhatsApp after I made a reservation, without asking me first, and pushed me to pay the deposit by bank transfer. I told her I didn't want to pay the fairly high transfer fee. Then she told me to cancel the reservation and blocked me on WhatsApp. That's disgusting behavior. If this is how they treated me, they could treat you even worse. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!

The location was fantastic, with restaurants, bus stations, and shops all nearby. The rooms were beautiful, new, and clean, and the staff were really friendly and nice. I loved it and will stay again.
