There wasn't enough heat for the large apartment. It was snowing outside, and we had only three heaters. The flat itself was good, but dirty, with cobwebs on the ceiling and a filthy air conditioner. There were nine of us, and we got two large towels and six small ones. When we asked for more, they refused to bring any.

We found this rental filthy and badly maintained, with far too many problems to list. Wires and outlets hung out of the walls, lights and AC didn't work, shower doors were coming off their tracks, and the drains were clogged. There were slipping, tripping, and fire hazards, construction debris in the hallway, no hallway lights, smelly bathrooms, a dirty kitchen, and cobwebs in the corners. The sheets were soaked in fabric softener, apparently to cover dirt and odors. It was a sad, pathetic rental that was falsely advertised and misrepresented. The owner was just as unqualified, defensive, and ignorantly argumentative. Poor business practices and poor moral values. Stay away!

Paid parking is available nearby. The apartment is in an old building, but it's well designed inside. It's a duplex with two showers and two attic rooms, and it can suit a large family.
