Apartments Square Five

I felt unsafe and uncomfortable after a disappointing stay at Square Nine. Once I had checked out, I noticed a significant amount of money was missing from my bag. My belongings had only been left unsupervised when housekeeping was already in my room earlier than expected. I contacted the hotel right away, but they didn't handle the matter with the seriousness or professionalism I'd expect from a property in this category. I can't recommend it. Guests should be extremely careful with their belongings here, as it doesn't offer luxury or security.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They suggested the top attractions around the city and even got us reservations at restaurants that were very difficult to book. Peter at reception was especially helpful. The hotel is in a great, convenient location, within walking distance of most attractions, high-end shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

The rooms, food, and location are all primo, but the staff are what stand out most. In all the places we've traveled, the team at Square Nine has given us the best service, and I really mean that. We've stayed there three separate times, and every visit has been wonderful. Big thanks to everyone.
