Getting around was easy from here. Most places were walkable, and there’s a bus stop nearby if you need it. My studio apartment was comfortable and well suited to a solo stay, though it would probably work for a couple too. It was cozy, clean, and central, and the host was warm and helpful. Her employee also helped me find parking and suggested some very good places to visit in the city. I’d happily recommend it.

There was barely room to move in this cramped room. One person could manage, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a couple or two travelers.

After booking through Booking.com, we found the room looked very different from what we’d reserved. The owner’s friend came to help, but we were left waiting for quite a while. We’d already shared our arrival time the day before and talked about transport, so we decided not to book after all and found another place, which was nice. Its owner was attentive, friendly, and helpful, and had previously visited Ankara, Turkey. You can look up "room 23" or "femic 23" on Booking.com.

The heating was excellent, with both air conditioning and underfloor heating, and we stayed warm even in Serbia’s cold weather. We also liked the cleanliness and thought it was good value. The only drawback was the bathroom sinks being separated by a screen. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the center, and you can walk to the bus station too. We didn’t use any transport. Restaurants and shops are close by.
