Hotel Rex

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and while some look a bit dated, everything is clean and well kept. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It has the feel of a classic, professional hotel, with a restaurant serving typical Serbian dishes at very reasonable prices. The 24-hour reception is handy, too. The location worked very well for me: near the new concert hall district and the old station area being redeveloped with chic malls and apartments. The historic center is about a twenty-minute walk away, and getting to the airport is convenient. I was very satisfied with the comfort, cleanliness, and value. A bottle of water in the room would be a nice improvement.

The staff even helped when my car wouldn't start on departure day, so I managed to leave soon. I'm really grateful for that! The hotel was very clean and tidy, with large rooms and brand-new, practical furniture. The breakfast had a nice range of snacks, and there’s a beautiful outdoor spot to have coffee or relax. We met some nice people staying there. Three-star luxury!

I stayed five nights and had an amazing experience. The location was great, just 1.5 km from the center. The room was clean and in excellent condition, breakfast was great, and the receptionists were amazing. Everyone on staff was very kind. I’ll definitely stay here on my next trip. The main train and bus stations are a short walk away, and Kalemegdan Fortress, Knez Mihailova Street, Savamala district, and the Museum of Contemporary Art are all accessible from here. It’s a practical option for tourists and business travelers alike. Staff were exceptionally kind and professional, and ready to help with questions, transport arrangements, or other services. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping and regular towel changes. Hygiene standards were high. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with local and international options. A good choice for affordable, comfortable accommodation with a central base and excellent service.
