Atera Business Suites

The location is perfect, but the room didn’t quite match the pictures, especially the bathroom. Managers, please inspect the bathroom in room nr. 07. There’s plenty of room for improvement.

The access is a bit sketchy, through an office building. I booked through Expedia because it offered a sauna, but on arrival I was told it costs an extra £25. The shower also turns cold after five minutes. The airport transfer cost £40, while a taxi would have been £15. Don’t be taken in by the rates, as I was.

My room had a leak that flooded half the space. The carpet was soaked and smelled bad, so it wasn’t possible to stay there. I told the hotel manager right away, but they refused to fix it and said I’d have to pay more to move rooms. When I asked for a refund, the manager said they wouldn’t change rooms or refund me, and didn’t care about booking support. The manager was also quite rude and arrogant. There were exposed electrical wires in the room, which is dangerous. Breakfast was very poor, with only a few choices. The rooms are noisy because Atera hotels is on the first floor of a business center, with windows facing the main street. It was very hard to sleep at night, and the old central AC was loud too. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We came from Turkey for three days. The hotel isn’t really somewhere to spend time, but the food and room quality are top-notch. Labpur is terrific for the price. It’s ideal for sleeping after a long day exploring Belgrad or working. Highly recommended.
