Avoid Envoy Hotel. This felt like a tourist trap, and I have clear proof of what I see as dishonest business practices. They emailed me a 60 EUR price for early check-in. After I arrived and waited in the lobby for three hours, the price suddenly dropped to 30 EUR. To me, that suggests there’s no consistent policy and they’re trying to charge as much as they can. The receipt was the biggest issue. They charged for “Early Check-in” but deliberately wrote “Day Use” on it, which I believe was meant to conceal the inconsistent pricing. That’s fraudulent documentation and a total lie. I checked out almost 24 hours EARLY because of my flight, and never used the breakfast included in my stay. I asked for the 30 EUR early check-in fee back as a small gesture. They kept me waiting for five hours, saying “the manager is deciding,” then said no at 10 PM. They claimed they’d given me a better room to justify keeping the money, but I’d already paid for a high-standard room, so that’s another fabrication. I’m uploading the 60 EUR email and the “Day Use” receipt as proof. Don’t be fooled by the location. The management is greedy and unprofessional.

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices, and the staff were always ready to help. The hotel also has a modern feel, a nice design, and a great location with easy access. Special thanks to Senka from Guest Relations, who found a solution for every request and made the stay even better. Highly recommended!

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good too. The location is central, but it wasn’t noisy, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.
