Hostel Home Sweet Home

A good choice if you’re on a budget and want somewhere peaceful. It’s a quieter hostel, centrally located, with good facilities. The staff are super kind and friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and cared for regularly.

We got great value from our private room with a terrace. The hostel is clean and well managed, with a good kitchen and a large, comfortable communal area. There are two big bathrooms stocked with toiletries, and it’s an easy walk to the bus and train station as well as the sights.

It really felt like a home away from home, and I loved the lovely living room and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are clean and airy. The restroom has shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and toothpaste. Prices are very reasonable, and the hostel is near the train station. I’d highly recommend it.

The hostel itself is very nice and tidy, and the staff were helpful. But the experience left a sour taste. I booked by email to help the hostel and avoid paying a deposit to hostel world, then was charged 20% more at checkout than the price advertised on hostel world. Do yourself a favour and book through hostel world. I also had an overnight train out of the city, but couldn’t stay at the hostel during the day. They basically locked me out until it was time to get my luggage.
