Zlatan looked after us so well. He’s a real professional, kind, respectful, and has a great sense of humor. His recommendations were excellent, and the rest of the team were pleasant and professional too. The restaurant itself is stylish, with an exquisite feel and a great food selection and wine list. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with delicious food and a thoughtful mix of traditional dishes and healthier choices. The coffee comes from a machine instead of being made by a barista, but it was surprisingly good. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful, and service was very fast. The rooms are spacious, spotless and stylish, with a modern look that makes the hotel seem like it was recently renovated.

We had a great stay, and the staff’s friendliness, flexibility and support really stood out. Nemanja and Dusan at the Café were especially helpful and welcoming, which isn’t always the case in city hotels. We booked a parking space in front, and it was always available for us. The location was perfect, the place was clean, and the rooms were modern. I can absolutely recommend the hotel and will return when I’m in Belgrade.

For a quick city stop, this historic building in central Belgrade is a practical choice. It’s well placed for restaurants and a bit of exploring, and the room comfort was better than I expected from a four-star hotel: roomy, with excellent mattresses and ceilings over 3 meters high, so it feels open rather than cramped. There are just four parking spots, so book one ahead or use the paid lot 100m away for €15/night. For the city center, that’s not terrible. The staff have a direct, regional manner, and you don’t get much of the customer-service-with-a-smile routine. The comfort and location are real strengths, though. Suits practical travelers on short stays who care more about a comfortable room than being pampered.
