The reception team made our stay feel personal. They were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed them. The rooms were also very clean and well kept, so we felt comfortable from the start. It’s easy to walk to Belgrade’s main sights from this excellent location. Breakfast was good, though the small breakfast room can get crowded. There’s also a bar and a small gym with a few basic machines. We had a very pleasant stay, and I’d gladly come back and recommend the hotel.

I stayed here with five friends, and it worked well for us. The hotel is okay, and being right in the middle of Belgrade’s city center made it convenient to go out to bars and restaurants. If I visit Belgrade again, I’d definitely return.

All 33 of us want to thank the young man who worked at the hotel before 11 pm on July 14, 2025. I’ve forgotten his name, but he was very kind and helped every one of my guests with their luggage. We hope the hotel leaders recognize him, encourage him, and give him another opportunity. He deserves it, and we wish him success in his future work. Getting our group in and out was difficult. There’s nowhere to park in front of the hotel, so it isn’t suitable for tour groups. The staff sent my older guests to the side door at one point and the main door at another. Dragging suitcases between them was very inconvenient. The hotel facilities are good, but the place really isn’t suited to tour groups. The young man was the only person there who seemed like a real staff member.

The outside of the building looks a bit old, but inside it’s been renovated nicely and feels modern and clean. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The location was just right for everything I needed, and breakfast had a good selection and tasted great. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, and they even packed food for us to take on our trip. It’s clean and ideally located near the city center. Amazing place. I’d absolutely stay again!
