K43 Rooms and Apartments

The location is great, with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We stayed two nights and arrived at 10 p.m. to a warm, tidy room. The bathroom and shower were clean and pleasant as well. Our receptionist was kind and patient with us 🤣. We’d definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived an hour before check-in and were let inside after 20 minutes, then left alone at reception for another 40. When the receptionist finally appeared, she said the AC wasn’t working, so we cancelled and requested a refund. As we waited for the money, she kept telling us to leave. We said we’d go once the refund came through. She threatened to call the police and then did, but we stayed at reception until the refund was processed. She shouted every time someone called her. I don’t understand how this place has a good rating. -100/10

The furniture is new, and everywhere was clean and well maintained. We booked a discounted room for three people, but were told the air conditioning wasn’t working. I assumed opening a window would cool things down. I wish they’d said how hot the weather was and that the room would be too hot to sleep in without AC, because an open window didn’t help at all. Had we known, we wouldn’t have stayed. It felt misleading.

The staff were helpful, and the location is great. The place was very clean, and I had a private bathroom with a nice shower. Recommended.
