The heating never made the room comfortable, even though the AC ran at full power for all three days at 32 degrees. It was cold outside, and they hadn't switched it on before we arrived; it also clearly needed cleaning. Our basement room had no real windows, just fake ones, something not mentioned on Booking.com. The walls were covered in dirty stains that rubbed onto our clothes, and the supposed soundproofing was useless. We could hear everything. Hygiene was awful from the start, with old dirt on the floor, and nobody cleaned during our three-day stay. The bathroom was filthy, the shower was broken, and the hot water ran out suddenly. I'm extremely dissatisfied. This hotel should be shut down. I do not recommend it.

The nice, spacious flats seem to have been divided into lots of little rooms, so corridors take up a lot of the space. Some rooms are lovely and representative, but others are tiny, strange and scary, like storage rooms.

They let us check in early while we were in Belgrade, and also gave us a late checkout when we asked. We came during heavy rain and cold weather in the first week of October, and the sauna and jacuzzi made for a great spa day. The basement room had a big artificial window with sunlight, a separate jacuzzi with hydromassage, and a sauna that heated up quickly and could be set as high as 110 degrees. It was perfect for two, and my boyfriend loved it. The bed was comfy and it was quiet at night, so I slept well. There was an espresso machine with two free coffees too.

Our room had damaged facilities, but the owner promptly moved us to another one. The hotel feels really cozy, and the owner was very kind. We'd definitely come back.

The room was quite good, though being in the basement kept it from a 5/5. I had two small issues: the jacuzzi water took a while to get warm, and the hairdryer wasn't mounted on the wall.
