Luxury Apartments

It's near the city center, but there isn't a lobby or anywhere for a group to sit together. This feels like an apartment hotel, not a hotel.

The location worked really well, just a couple of minutes on foot from the main center, and there's a bus stop with good connections at the end of the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and one and a half pillows each suited me fine. It was a bit warm in the rooms, but the air con brought the temperature down. There was a minibar with reasonable prices, plus coffee, a kettle, glasses, and mugs. The TV kept showing an error and was a little confusing to use, though it didn't bother me much. There's no reason to complain about the hotel overall. Just look for the small sign down the street, then go up a couple of flights of stairs to reception.

The rooms were okay, but not worth the price, and there isn't an elevator. We paid 40 euros for two days of parking, yet when we returned after going out, our space was gone. When we called, they told us to try another garage and look for a spot there. Using the jacuzzi also takes planning: you have to tell them an hour ahead, and the water controls are closed so you can't fill it yourself. The service was awful.

The bathroom ensuite was glass, so you could see the person sharing your room while they used it. That felt totally weird to me, though maybe it isn't for Serbians. The room itself was much nicer than I expected from the outside: clean, with a comfortable bed and modern decor finished to a high standard. There was a kettle, tea and coffee, and a minibar whose prices weren't high. I stayed two nights. The only other issue was the heat. It was too cold outside to leave the window open, and the room was far too hot.
