The receptionist was really helpful, friendly, and quick. The hotel is right in the city center, and you can walk to the main sights from there. Car Park is just a three-minute walk away.

The only thing going for this place was its location. The rooms smelled awful, noise carried badly between them, and room service was poor. When I lost my plastic room key card, they charged me 20 euros and insisted on cash, which felt like pure fraud. It’s a frightening facility inside an apartment building. The whole stay was awful, and I’d never come back. If you want your vacation ruined, this is the sort of place to choose.

We stayed as a family on the 29th of August, 2025. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has been newly restored, with an excellent location. It seems better suited to backpackers than people arriving by car. There are no parking spaces nearby, so I had to leave my car overnight 900 meters away, for a price nearly as high as the hotel rate. Think about that before booking.

I was happy with the food, the service, and the boutique hotel itself. It was central enough for me to walk to all my meetings and events, and the team even made my coffee personally. My room was cleaned every morning, the receptionist helped arrange a taxi, and everyone speaks English. The rooms are small, and you do have to keep your noise down, but I’d still take that over a hostel or an apartment where I’d have to clean myself. My one frustration was that they don’t have Hvala Tips, so I couldn’t tip the cleaner by card. :(
