I've stayed at this hotel many times, and the people working there seem great, but last weekend was my final visit. I was in room 501 for a weekend of rest, and all night there was banging on the walls and doors slamming. I had to go to reception and ask them to stop the noise. I used to like this place, but I'll find another option in Belgrade. Not this hotel again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the a la carte breakfast was nice. Laundry was quick too. It's a good location, not far from the city center, with lovely streets nearby. The lobby was comfortable and not crowded, and the Ayurveda tea was amazing. Thanks to everyone.

We paid €500 for one day and got very little for it. The hotel was too dark throughout, the restaurant food was bad, and the breakfast was a real joke. I can't believe the Michelin star is real. Even parking in the garage costs another €35 a day. For a five-star hotel, only the staff were at that level. Not worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it.

From arrival to departure, the staff looked after us and made sure the stay was perfect. At reception, a graceful girl and her colleague welcomed us, and we were given a luxurious, well-equipped room. Breakfast had a menu to choose from, with very delicious dishes. The service was as good as it gets. I'd recommend choosing this hotel without hesitation, and if I could, I'd call it seven stars.

We really enjoyed our three nights here over New Year's. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and everyone on staff was genuinely welcoming and friendly. A very pleasant stay, and we'd happily come back.
