The location is perfect for enjoying Belgrade, and the room has everything you need, from nice closets and a big mirror to a terrace with a table and chairs. The bathroom has a rain shower, and those beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby. Best sleep I’ve had in years!

We stayed for 2 nights. The design is interesting, the owner is friendly, the location is ok, and the price seems reasonable until you’re actually in the room. We don’t smoke, and the smell in the bed linen made it very hard to sleep. There were broken things, including the bedside lamp and the bathroom door lock. The carpet was dirty, other things weren’t especially clean, and basic items you’d usually find even in 2-3 stars hotels were missing, like a place to put a toothbrush. The hotel says it’s 4 stars, but it really isn’t. That’s cheating #1. We specifically asked for a twin bed, not 2 single beds, and the owner confirmed it. We got two single beds instead, and nobody even urged us. Cheating #2. We couldn’t check out before the first night, but if you can, I’d strongly advise running away. If you can put up with smoking, dirt, broken things and cheating, maybe it’ll be ok for you. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, even for free(( I’m surprised by the fantastic comments below. Maybe we were unlucky enough to get the worst room. I started making a list of things to fix, but it would’ve gone on forever, and it might have been a waste of time if none of it gets fixed. I hope this helps anyone looking for a decent hotel. It might help the owner too to spend a couple of hours in the room, experience these 'features' firsthand, and put some time and money into fixing them so guests can enjoy their stay instead of counting down to checkout. But from the responses to previous comments, I’m not sure constructive feedback is appreciated. Have a nice trip and enjoy your stay in Beograd! And remember: smoking kills!

Hello guys! My friend and I were so happy we picked this place. Everything was superb. The staff were perfect and friendly, the furniture was new, and the kitchen and seating area had lots of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, fresh coffee, and tea. There was free parking right by the door. That's all I can say, just come visit!

Vladimir was a great host and made our time in Belgrade really pleasant. The location is great too, and the staff were amazing.
