Lovely hotel, good food, and people who made us feel welcome. Everything was absolutely perfect 😀 ❤️

The food was gross, with hard bread that looked like it had been frozen forever and awful meat. At the bar, the woman wouldn't give people the drinks they asked for and kept suggesting something else. The party floor was too hot and hard to breathe in, and the DJ there was really weird. My two roommates and I found bugs in our cold room. While my friends and I were out, a woman who probably cleaned the room took the 220 dinars I'd left there instead of leaving them. I also got a rash from the hotel during the class trip.

We spent five nights here, and for two of them the heating didn't work even though it was between -5 and -11 outside. No one apologized or explained what was happening. Reception staff were unprofessional and unpleasant, and seemed to enjoy annoying guests. In the restaurant, the waiters were a disaster, though the food was good when they had any. The beds were so uncomfortable and noisy they felt as if they might break, and other guests told us their beds were the same. The rooms are old and had only towels, no toiletries. The place itself is old and bad, and the staff were extremely unhelpful, almost rude. A very, very bad stay. We won't go back.

The food was okay, but our room smelled, was dirty, and was a bit cold. There was no hot water either. Some of the service staff seemed stressed and nervous, and came across as a little rude. I got the impression they were seriously understaffed. We won't return because of the condition of the rooms.
