Gorski Hotel & Spa

The rooms are a comfortable size, the shared areas are well presented, and the front desk staff were helpful. There’s underground parking, too. The food may be the best in the region. It’s a shame that some of the SPA facilities aren’t well maintained, especially for a hotel that’s 4+ *. Maybe poor publicity is behind the low bookings.

We were a group of 16 for the holidays and New Years Eve, with Serbian live music, excellent food, and a great atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back next year. The staff were so kind, and the service was impeccable. Thanks to head chef Stevan Pejdanovski for the amazing food at La Pista, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant and the best luxurious restaurant in Kopaonik. The hotel and spa have every facility we could ask for, and we never got bored during our stay. Highly recommended! ❤️

I’d now recommend the Grand Hotel. I’ve stayed here three times and things were fine before, but this year the spa center was too cold. None of the pools had warm water, and the outdoor pool was cold as well.

The rooms are modern and roomy, and it’s easy to get to the location and park. Ski rental and lockers are convenient, and there’s a kids’ playroom with supervision. The spa offers plenty of activities. Breakfast had lots of high-quality choices and something different each day, while La Pista has a good menu and a cosy feel. Staff were helpful. The outdoor pool is cold now, though it used to be heated. Smokers gather in the lobby, which isn’t always child friendly. The non-smoking section is small, but it does help. The elevators don’t seem to be coordinated, so people on every floor call them all.
