Nis City View

We rented an apartment for five days, and the service and breakfast were great. Everything else was good too, apart from the room’s cleanliness. The view was nice, but getting to the center takes a climb up a small hill, and the hotel is a bit far from it. I’d recommend staying here if you want somewhere calm and don’t want to spend much.

The service was kind and helpful, but the location was a drawback for me. It’s up on a hill and not really close to the center. The rooms felt a bit off too: when I arrived, the toilet wouldn’t flush, though maybe there was an issue with the toilet itself. I’d give it four stars.

Our apartment was clean, warm, and well arranged, and the staff were very kind and responsive. The hotel sits up high, with a lovely view over the city, and it has parking. There’s also a spa area, not very big, with a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and salt room. We only learned on site that spa access costs extra, but that was fine: it was €10 per person per visit. We’d definitely come back.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever come across. The smell was unbelievable, and we found used condoms left in several rooms. The couches were stained all over and the floors were damaged. Two school groups from another country, there on an educational trip, left in the middle of the night because of the awful conditions. Health authorities should inspect the hotel immediately. I strongly advise avoiding it if you don’t want your trip ruined.
