Sonja, the hotel owner, made the stay especially lovely. She was amazing and went out of her way to help with everything. When it rained one day, she even lent us umbrellas so we wouldn’t get soaked. Her kindness and care for guests really stand out. The neighbourhood felt quiet and safe, and the room was peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable, so I slept really well each night. The shower was great too, with strong pressure and reliably hot water. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. I’d recommend it to anyone after comfort and genuine hospitality.

The pool stays open at night, which is a cool perk, and the city view is lovely. Staff were super nice, and breakfast was simple but tasty. The rooms were clean, though the design feels dated. There was street parking available.

I really don’t recommend staying here, even for one night. Be careful with the conversion from dinars to euros: they charged me 800 dinars, nearly 7 euros, for a bottle of water that normally costs 300 dinars, or 2.50 euros. The bed covers had blood stains, and the bathroom was full of dust. A really bad place to stay.

The staff deserve the praise here, they were so nice, helpful and professional. The hotel has a magical view over the whole town, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included and satisfactory. We’d be happy to visit this charming place again.

The view of Nis is incredible from this quiet location. Everyone on staff was polite and cheerful, and the hotel and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good too. We recommend it to anyone who enjoys peace and a beautiful view, and we’ll come back!
