10/10
The spacious, contemporary room was super comfortable, with a great bed and a powerful shower, and everything was impeccably clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge range of hot and cold items, fresh baked bread, local specialties, and even prosecco for the morning enthusiasts. The staff made the stay special. From the warm welcome at reception to thoughtful restaurant recommendations, they were smiling, professional, and attentive. They remembered our names and made us feel valued. We spent fantastic weeks at Monogram Hotels, and it exceeded all expectations. Thanks for a lovely stay. You've gained repeat customers. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The staff were super friendly, especially Branislava at reception. Big thanks as well to chef Zivko and the blondy waitress, who did their best to make sure we had a fully fit dinner and a pleasant stay. Best hotel in Ruma, both for a transit stop and for visiting the city. Extremely strongly recommended.

The spa felt warm and comfortable, and the reservation system kept the number of guests limited so everyone had room to stay safe during COVID 19. We also really enjoyed the food, with included meals or other choices from the menu. The rooms were lovely and spotless, especially the bathroom. Every staff member was kind, smiling, and eager to make our stay better. Hotel "Park" turned out to be a wonderful surprise and made our vacation. We'd happily return. 😊✨

The staff were polite and friendly, and breakfast was really good. We did run into some issues with the toilets and water on the upper floors. A nice hotel, and I'd recommend it, around 7/10.

The only real snag was the noise from the place across the street, where loud music carried on until 1am. A room facing that way could make an early bedtime difficult. Otherwise, it was clean, with spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and great food.
