The spa and restaurant were highlights for us. There’s a thermal pool, salt room, steam bath, infrared, Finnish and Russian saunas, plus a relaxation room, all available to guests throughout their stay. The spa is top notch, the food and drinks were excellent, and the massage was great. I’d suggest the partial relaxation massage if you mainly want to unwind. The reception, restaurant and spa staff were very polite and helpful, though the people handling the rooms left us with questions. We booked for two, but found only one plate on the table, and there was no coffee in the little drawer. After breakfast, we returned to find some things that had been in the room missing, mainly hygiene items. The location is on a hill, which wasn’t ideal. In winter, if it’s snowing and you park on the right, don’t walk up the hill to the main entrance. It can be slippery, and there’s nothing to hold on to. You can reach reception through the garage instead. Still, it was a nice experience.

The breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the spa was a real treat, with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and good treatments. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Hotel Premier Aqua – Adults Only is set in peaceful natural surroundings, and everything felt high quality and well looked after. A lovely quiet place to rest and recharge.

During my stay, money was taken from my room. I asked the hotel management for help, but they ignored me until I filed a police report. Their eventual replies were vague and offered no concrete information. It’s deeply disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as elite to handle things this way. Guests should know that if something serious happens, support and transparency may not be there.

I haven't stayed overnight, but I do visit the spa now and then, and it's always been a good experience. I wish the menu had more vegan choices, though they do accommodate.

The wellness area itself was fine, but we only found out about the broken locks in the women’s changing room after paying. They offered us a choice between leaving our things in lockers that wouldn’t lock or putting them in the men’s locker room. We went to the restaurant for lunch afterward. Dessert arrived almost as soon as we began our main course, which felt odd. We also never got a fiscal receipt for the meal.
