We arranged by phone with the owner of Vila Opera, Vrnjacka Banja, to pay when we arrived. I even asked directly if advance payment was required, and she said no. Then the day before the trip, she called to say we should have paid in advance and that we'd lost the chance to stay there. Booking still offers the option to pay directly at the property. What a shame, and so rude!

I was there yesterday with the kids, who wanted to take photos outside your place as high school graduates, and you sent them away. Unkind and unpleasant, all in all a solid 1.

It's a shame the restaurant is closed.
