We had an amazing two-night stay in a great spot right by lake kiva. The rooms were excellent, and the boat trip was extremely great. Dining room service could use some improvement, though. I'd recommend a visit to Delta resort hotel in Kibuye Rwanda, 100%.
My trip in Kivuye was made horrible by this stay. There was no tap water, and I couldn't get a hot shower either. I told reception, but they did nothing. The cleaning service was another problem for anyone hoping to enjoy their time in Kivuye. I really warn people against staying here.
The room had a really bad smell, and there was no hot water, towels, pillow, or bottle of water provided. The management was very bad. For that amount of money, it just isn't worth it.
The service was awful. My food took ages to come, and when it finally arrived, my plate was missing. I then waited another hour for it.
There wasn't even running water in the room for basic needs, so I ended up relying on an electric kettle for any water use. The bed was old and extremely uncomfortable, and the IP phone didn't work, making it a hassle to reach the front desk. It was a terrible stay, and for the price I expected much better. I wish I'd checked the reviews first, because I would have avoided this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
