The staff at Accord Hotel really care about their guests, and the rooms are very nice and spacious. It’s a small, tranquil hotel, and I’m glad I chose it for my only trip to Rwanda. During booking, Franco, the manager, answered all my questions by email quickly. Restaurant meals were reasonably priced, and room service was super quick. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

It’s in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, with great food and really friendly hotel staff. I highly recommend the place, especially for anyone on vacation.

The restaurant has a nice look, excellent service, and an extensive cocktail selection at the bar. Parking is good too. The food tastes excellent, the menu has lots of variety, and Asian food is available.

For Asian food, I’d recommend this place, especially since the head chef is Nepali and spent 10 years working with Radisson in India. I think it may be the only spot in Kigali serving Momos. The atmosphere isn’t much to write home about, though.

The owner lives in the building and is very open to feedback. Staff are extremely friendly, and the location is central in a safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and a nice supermarket.
