The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely views, and breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. I also had an unforgettable boat trip on Lake Kivu, organized perfectly. Kivu Serena Hotel has a beautiful lakeside setting, and the service was warm and professional. A great place to relax, enjoy leisure time, or handle business. Highly recommended.

The pool is a relaxing spot, and the gym is very well equipped. Serena Kigali also has conference facilities that work well for meetings and business events. I found the stay comfortable and professional, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh, well-prepared choices. A good option in Kigali for work or leisure.

The setting feels calm despite being right in central Kigali. Many of the roughly 148 rooms and suites look out over the pool or gardens, and they include air-conditioning, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and comfortable bathrooms. The hotel combines modern comfort with Rwandan cultural style, including local art, warm interiors, and a striking atrium with granite columns. For food, Milima Restaurant serves buffet and à-la-carte meals, while Sokoni Café & Bar is a casual place near the pool. The outdoor pool sits among tropical gardens. There’s also Maisha Spa and Health Club, with massages, beauty treatments, and a well-equipped gym. With meeting rooms, a large ballroom, and a 500-seat auditorium, Kigali Serena is a major conference destination. It offers luxury, convenience, and a touch of Rwandan culture in a comfortable, secure environment.

Jackson at the breakfast restaurant made the mornings especially nice with his outstanding service. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm. Serena Kigali has elegant, spacious rooms, a great location, and interiors that are lovely to look at. It was a fantastic stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back.
