The pool looks out over the city, and its bar serves fresh cocktails and excellent food. Breakfast has a huge selection that changes daily, and dinner is superb. I’d especially recommend the Sizzling Beef. M Hotel sits on a hillside in the city centre and offers affordable four-star value with quality and service that feel five-star. The staff are very friendly and attentive to every need. Best service in the city, in my experience. Rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

I loved the place, and the room upgrade after a booking mix-up was a nice gesture. But I took a point off the rooms for cleanliness. They need to improve the cleaning, especially in the corridors and on the carpets in the rooms and walkways. The hotel needs a manager who makes sure that gets done.

The city view was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. I liked the cozy dinner atmosphere and the breakfast was great. The staff were polite and nice, too. Took lots of pictures 😁😁

A good spot near central Kigali, much like Greenland Plaza(greenland Estaes). The rooms are among the best, there’s security, and you get a clear view of the city.
