There was severe noise at night during my stay, including rooftop parties, and it was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Management didn't take effective action or offer compensation. If you care about getting peace and rest, and expect professional management, I strongly don't recommend this place. There are many better options in Kigali with better sound control and management.

I stayed for an extended time and moved between four rooms. The location is handy, though many taxi and motor drivers didn't know it well, so getting there directly could be difficult. The rooms are furnished and functional, but don't use high-end materials. Staff are friendly and try their best, even if they aren't very professional. There were serious problems during the stay. On September 4, 2025, the power went out and there was no generator, leaving us in complete darkness. The lift to B3 parking was out of service for nearly a week, though it worked when I first checked in, so carrying luggage up the stairs became necessary. After I moved rooms, my shoes went missing and were never found. Some showers didn't work properly, and the carpets looked dirty, as if they hadn't been washed in a long time. They advertise walkie-talkies in the rooms, but I never got one. I had to call a mobile number to make requests, and staff often didn't answer the first call or replied very late. Room cleaning was consistently poor. Breakfast was the same each day, with little variety and below-average quality. The laundry service was frustrating. There was no checklist or itemized price list, and it felt like an informal side business without accountability. Clothes took too long to come back, and I had to chase different staff. My booking included airport transfer, but the hotel refused to provide it. When my shoes were lost, they offered late checkout as compensation instead of properly addressing it. I didn't accept, since it wasn't important to me and didn't solve the problem. For the price and expectations, the experience was disappointing. The hotel needs major improvements in service, cleanliness, facilities, and professionalism. Staff do try, but management clearly lacks strong systems. I can't recommend it until those improvements are made.

The room was spacious and well equipped, and we had everything we needed within walking distance. It was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent, with fantastic staff both in the morning and evening. We were very happy here and can recommend it to anyone.

Oasis Park is an apartment with good rooms in a good location in Remera gishushu, near Simba supermarket gishushu.
