The friendly front desk took care of everything for me quietly, without any drama. I also want to mention Clauby, who was always there and consistently kind and respectful. At the restaurant, Innocent, Betty, and Tonzi gave exceptional service, and the team was engaging and focused on customers. I was blown away and recommend the hotel and its services to everyone.

The restaurant was nice, and breakfast came in more than I could manage. Damascene in the breakfast room makes great omelettes, and Phiona at the lobby Bar was professional and pleasant. It's a classy hotel with good security and friendly staff who are always ready to help. Rooms also come with complimentary water, and there's a complimentary shuttle to offices and other places.

This is my usual place to stay in Kigali. It's clean and well located, and I had great service at the lounge/bar. Rehema was kind and helpful, and her tips on places to see made my trip fantastic. Merci!

Rebecca and Providence at reception were especially helpful and great. The staff overall were kind and very helpful, and I enjoyed the customer service, breakfast, and room service. It's an excellent hotel with nice amenities, and I'd definitely stay here on my next trip.

Trying the food was an adventure since it was my first time in Kigali, and I loved it. My three-day stay was wonderful, and I'm looking forward to coming back. Aime and Eugene welcomed me warmly when I arrived at the Redisson BLU, and they were polite, helpful, and cheerful. Thanks, Sandra.
