The service was good, and the staff were accommodating. The pool bottom was dirty when I visited, though. The hotel is close to a major road, so it can get a bit noisy. Rooms had old cathode ray tube TVs and no fridges.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious. It’s a bit simpler than the big, famous hotels, but I liked it a lot. The location works well for visiting the gorillas, local markets, the museum and more. Breakfast was simple but good. Next time I’m near the park, I’d stay here again.

The place is nice and the rooms are beautiful. The staff were very welcoming in the service they provided, but management fell short on hospitality. They should do more to create a hospitable environment for guests.

The staff made us feel at home, from the receptionist right through to the cleaner. The service was good, and everyone was so kind. It was hard to leave. You should give this place a try.

We liked this place so much that after eating dinner here one evening, we switched over from another hotel. It’s probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Rwanda. The rooms are lovely, with balconies, and everything was extremely clean. Staff were friendly, the food was good, the pool was nice and cool, and they even washed our hiking shoes after a trek. Laundry was quick too. I’d absolutely recommend it.
