We stayed from 21-23 March 2026. The room was neat and clean, but the room service and breakfast were very poor. The power went out many times, with no backup power even for the elevator. After an outage, the room key stopped working, so we had to take the stairs to reception to get it activated. Not happy at all.

The location is nice, with Abha's attractions nearby. The hotel was neat and very clean, the rooms were well organized, and the amenities were all good. I was very satisfied with the place and would highly recommend it to anyone.
